Elizabeth Annand
Elizabeth is a young woman who had very specific goals, in the next 12 weeks,
she wanted to obtain 20% to 25% body fat, loose 10 to 15 lbs, tone her legs,
feel confident, learn how to eat healthier and feel and look good in her
bikini. At the end of the 12 weeks, Elizabeth achieved her goals with great
success. “My routine has to be the biggest change; going to the gym
is stuck in my routine more than it has ever been before. I have more energy
during the day and I sleep like a rock at night! I have no problems getting
up in the morning. I’m happier and more confident in everyday things
that I do.

Joanne Campbell
Joanne wanted to improve her overall health but also specifically wanted
to decrease her body fat to 20% and have a flat toned abdomen. “I
want to feel better in my clothes and be a positive role model for my children”.
Joanne has been a member of FitCity for 10 years, and had never consistently
put together the components of healthy eating, cardio and weight training.
With the help of her trainer, she was encouraged to try new things and replaced
old habits with healthy new ones. Joanne followed a very intense cardio
and resistance training program and achieved her results.
