Athlete and Team Training
FitCity’s Sport Specific Training and Conditioning Program is the perfect solution for coaches and athletes who have found it increasingly difficult to find additional ice, pool and field time to improve an athlete’s training and conditioning. This 12 week program focuses on improving speed, agility, movement and reaction skills, multi-joint strength and power, core strength, sensory overload and other athletic attributes.
We also train individual athletes or small groups of 2 to 3 players looking to improve their training and conditioning.
